The price depends on the destination country, service, weight and dimensions. The amount is shown in the calculator and when you place the order - you pay exactly that, with no hidden fees. If the actual weight or size at the warehouse exceeds what you declared, the difference is charged at the tariff. Payment is due within 7 days after the order is confirmed.
Transit time is counted in business days from warehouse intake, not from the order date on the site. Based on our Russian Post shipments: ordinary mail - from 8-16 business days, express - from 6-12 business days depending on the city. Actual timing may vary due to customs and the local delivery service.
Yes. Each shipment has its own tracking number - you will find it in your order confirmation or at the bottom of the label. Enter it on the Russian Post website or app to see where your parcel is.
No. The parcel goes to the destination from your order. Uzbekistan in the track appears due to administrative conditions and well-known political restrictions. You can ignore it: shipments to Russia continue on the same route as before.
The recipient usually gets a notice from the post or customs in the destination country and completes documents and payment as requested. If no notice arrived, they can contact the local post or customs themselves. Customs clearance and duties are the recipient's responsibility: we do not represent them at customs or pay duties. On request we can provide proof of shipment - order details, tracking and label information. The operational limit for EAEU countries is 300 € per parcel.
Allowed are items from permitted categories that are not on the prohibited list. When placing an order, use the contents picker: start typing and choose from the catalog. Packing: a sturdy box, filler without voids, tape on seams and a readable label. More on the packing and prohibitions pages.
Ordinary post: up to 20 kg, length up to 100 cm, length plus girth up to 200 cm. Express: up to 30 kg, length up to 150 cm, length plus girth up to 300 cm. Weight starts at 0.5 kg - the envelope has a flat price. Boxes are priced by the weight tariff table.

Yes. Shipping is available from any EU country. You can hand over the parcel at the Prague or Brno point, or to a Prague courier. Place the order in advance and bring a packed parcel.
A separate paper declaration is not required: we prepare documents from your order data. The sender must provide accurate names, addresses, contents, quantities and values. Inaccurate information may cause delay or return.
You can pay by card online or by bank transfer via QR code or the company bank details right after placing the order, within 7 calendar days.
Before warehouse handover you can cancel the order via Telegram. After intake a return is not always possible and depends on the stage, destination country and carrier rules. A return at the sender's request may be chargeable.
