This document describes personal data processing. Weight, size and prohibitions are in the shipping terms and on the prohibited items page.
1. Controller
Personal data controller: Posylky Praha s.r.o., IČO 21058326, Švédská 1010/15, 150 00 Praha. Contact: Telegram @posylky_praha. No public phone or email.
Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Sb. on personal data processing. Supervisory authority - Czech ÚOOÚ.
2. What data and why
Shipping order: sender and addressee names, addresses, phones, email, contents, value, weight, dimensions, chosen rate. Legal basis - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / steps to contract).
Questions form: the question text opens in Telegram @posylky_praha (the user sends it from their own Telegram). No separate personal data is submitted to the site through this form.
Tracking: entered shipment number. Basis - Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) (respond to a status request).
Technical site data: IP, browser type, pages. Basis - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stats). We do not set analytics cookies without separate consent.
3. Who we share with
Postal and courier services in the destination country - as needed for delivery and customs.
Tracking provider - shipment number to show statuses on our site.
EU hosting provider. Orders are handled by authorised company staff.
Public authorities - only as required by law. We do not sell data.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Addressee address and phone in the CIS are shared for delivery. This is necessary for the contract. Extra safeguards - standard contractual clauses where applicable to the contractor.
5. Retention
Orders and shipping correspondence - up to 3 years after shipment completion.
Accounting records - 10 years under Czech accounting rules.
Unfinished form drafts - up to 30 days, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent if processing is based on consent.
Request - Telegram @posylky_praha. We may ask you to verify identity. A copy of data is free except for clear abuse (Art. 12 GDPR).

7. Security
The site uses HTTPS. The internet is not fully safe before data reaches us - do not send passport photos or full card numbers in open forms.
8. Cookies
We currently use technical cookies for the site and login session. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent in the banner. Details are on the cookie policy page (/cookies).
