Process
From warehouse to recipient
After intake we verify weight and packing against your order, prepare the customs declaration and hand the parcel to post or a courier in the destination country. We follow each shipment through every stage.
You get a tracking number right after placing your order - check status on the website. If anything is unclear or you need help, message us on Telegram and we will guide you through.

Warehouse intake
We check weight, dimensions and contents at the warehouse. Then we prepare documents and hand the parcel to our partner.

Partner delivery
We hand the shipment to the service in the destination country. Current status is available on the tracking page.
Where we ship
Seven delivery destinations
Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia and Uzbekistan. Last-mile delivery is by local post or express depending on the rate.
