Prohibitions and customs
Duty-free import for EAEU countries - up to 300 €. Above that, the recipient pays.
Limit and duty
If destination customs charges a fee, the recipient pays it. Posylky Praha does not clear customs or pay duties. State thresholds may differ from our limit - check with the destination authority.
Example: a 450 € parcel at a 300 € limit → (450 − 300) × 15% = 22.50 €. If 15% is less than 2 € per kg, the weight rate is the guide. Destination customs decides the final amount.
Allowed categories and per-unit cap
Up to 300 € per unit
- Clothes, shoes, bags
- Cosmetics and perfume
- Costume jewellery and leather goods
- Jewellery not made of precious metals
- Watches, including smartwatches, if not prohibited electronics above
- Household chemicals in factory packaging
- Tableware, sports goods, toys, hygiene items, travel goods
Up to 750 € per unit
- Household appliances from the allowed list
- Musical instruments
Up to 1000 € per unit
- Bicycles
- Hand tools without electric motor and battery

The list may be incomplete. If in doubt, confirm the contents before shipping.
Weapons and dangerous items
- Firearms, signal, pneumatic, gas weapons, ammunition, cold and throwing weapons
- Stun guns, spark dischargers, main weapon parts
- Gunpowder, explosives, corrosive, flammable and other dangerous substances
Drugs, medicines, biology
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances of any origin
- Medicines without separate written company approval
- Radioactive substances, biological materials, human remains and organs
- Live animals and plants
Valuables and documents
- Cash, cheques, vouchers, securities, credit cards
- Passports, driving licences and other identity documents
- Precious metals and stones, gold and silver jewellery
- Antiques, stamps, works of art
Liquids, chemicals, consumables
- Alcohol and tobacco
- Acids, including acid batteries, propane containers, liquid ice
- Glue, paints, dyes, motor and turbine oils
- Liquids without sealed factory packaging
Electronics we do not accept
- Smartphones, computers, laptops, tablets and components
- Game consoles and controllers, TVs, headphones, microphones
- Drones, UAVs, navigation equipment, radios
- Batteries separate from devices, cables as main contents, antennas, transformers
Other
- Pornography and indecent items
- Auto and moto parts unless agreed separately
- Any goods whose trade is banned in Czechia, Germany or the destination country
Destinations not served
- Ukraine - we are not accepting orders now (not in the shipping form).
- DPR, LPR and other occupied territories - we do not ship.
