How to pack a parcel
The sender prepares the packing. The company does not compensate damage caused by voids, leaks or sharp edges.
Step by step
Four rules for reliable packing
01

Box
Intact cardboard, no old labels, sized for the contents.
02

Filler
No voids; fragile items in the centre; liquids sealed.
03

Label
Place on a flat side; do not cover the barcode with tape.
04

Handover
Hand the packed parcel to a drop-off point, courier or warehouse.
Before packing
Contents must match the order. Check the prohibitions list - otherwise the parcel may be refused. Full list - in prohibitions.

01
Box and filler
Use an intact cardboard box of sufficient strength. Crushed or overfilled boxes deform during consolidation. Fill voids with paper, bubble wrap or other filler so contents cannot shift.
Seal all seams with tape. Remove old labels and barcodes from the box.

02
Fragile items, liquids and sharp objects
Place fragile items in the centre of the box, not against the walls. A "fragile" sticker does not replace proper packing and does not provide insurance cover.
Liquids are allowed only in sealed containers, preferably in an inner bag, arrow up. A can without extra protection can damage other contents. Some liquids are fully prohibited - see the prohibitions section.
Isolate knives, scissors and screwdrivers with cardboard so the edge cannot pierce the box or neighbouring shipments.

03
Addressing and labelling
In documents and on the label state given name and surname, street, house, apartment, city, postcode, country and the recipient phone with country code. Address - in the destination language or Latin script in a format accepted by local post.
Place the label on a flat side; do not cover the barcode with glossy tape. The PP- number and postal track appear after warehouse intake.
The barcode on the label must be scannable - no glare or folds.

Responsibility for packing
The company is not liable for packing prepared by the sender. Damage from voids, leaks and sharp edges remains the sender's risk.
